Cultural Trip to Barcelona, Spain.
We are delighted to share highlights from our recent educational trip to the Catalonian region in Spain. Our students had an absolutely fantastic time exploring Spanish culture, language, and history first-hand whilst developing their independence and global awareness.
During our time in Spain, students visited key cultural landmarks like for example, La Sagrada Familia, El Parque Güell, The Monserrat Mountains or the Roman Amphitheater of Tarragona, and had wonderful opportunities to practise their language skills in real-world settings. The trip included guided tours of historical sites, engaging cultural activities, and meaningful interactions with local communities.
Our students were exemplary ambassadors for the school throughout the visit, demonstrating maturity, curiosity, and enthusiasm at every turn. They embraced every opportunity to immerse themselves in Spanish culture and returned home with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for European diversity.
This educational visit aligned perfectly with our commitment to providing rich learning experiences beyond the classroom and supported learning across multiple curriculum areas including Modern Languages, History, Geography, and SPHE.
